The festivities to start from 15th Dec. at the lobby lounge with carol singing on lobby music channel.
Santa Claus will be moving in the Hotel on 20th of Dec. distributing chocolates & candies to children.
Mulled wine to be served to all guests in the restaurants from 24th evening till 25th evening.
Christmas Eve Dinner at the South Parade to start at 7.00 pm on 24th. The price of the buffet will be Rs.625+taxes, and will include lavish spread with unlimited liquor (Wine, Beer, IMFL liquor and soft beverages) Room guests will be provided Room Service, in case they want to dine in the restaurant, will be charged extra over whatever is his allowance+ taxes extra.
Christmas Eve Dinner will conclude by midnight, after midnight the Midnight Buffet will start at South Parade. The buffet will be priced at Rs. 375 + taxes and will contain a lavish spread.
South Parade will hold a Christmas Lunch, which will include a lavish spread of Christmas dishes and will also include complymentry wine or Beer, priced at Rs. 475 + taxes.
The festival celebration week will start at South Parade from 25th Dec. dinner till 30th Dec. dinner. This will include lavish buffet spread with unlimited beer, priced at Rs. 599 AI (ONLY DINNER)
South Parade will have a lavish buffet spread, complimentary drink {Spirits, beer, still wine or soft drinks} for every guest, lucky draw and DJ , priced at Rs. 999 AI per adult. Children up to 5 yrs. complimentary & children up to 10 yrs. to be charged half rate i.e. Rs. 555 AI.
Resident guests will be provided Room Service, in case they want to dine in the restaurant, will be charged Rs. 499 AI
Restaurant Manager will act as a MC and will host the function as done for Christmas.
At 11.50 pm, maintenance department will be reminded regarding the switching off of all the lights in the hotel at midnight for 3 seconds. Ten seconds prior to the midnight the MC will begin the countdown & exactly at midnight the lights will go off & come back after 3 seconds.
Midnight buffet will start at 1.00 am & will consist of a lavish spread. The buffet will continue till 4.00 am & will be priced at Rs. 499 AI
