• Music will be allowed from 7:30 pm till Midnight
• Bar will be closed at midnight.
• Organizer will be responsible for damages to property due to gross misconduct or negligence of guest.
• Hall decoration will be done by organizers with-out causing any damage to the Venue.
• Out side liquor is not allowed.
• Package includes only dinner session ( 7:00 pm to 12:30 am)
• Crackers won’t be allowed inside the hotel premises.
• Kids to play only under guidance arranged by guest side.
• Above 8 yr. Kids, buffet will be chargeable at 450 + tax (includes soft beverages)
• Kids are only allowed to kid’s hall.
• For your event, all the services that you hire, the hotel require advance notice, including there contact information. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse the use of the particular vendor based on experience with their service and security reason. We assume no responsibility for services provided by external vendors.
• Noise levels of your event may disturb other guests. We reserve the right to regulate the volume of performers, and to refuse the use of instruments and amplification devices.
• If the hotel is prevented from producing the event herein by reason of any act of God, Fire, Flood, Public Disaster, or any other reason within or beyond the control of the hotel such reason will be deemed a valid excuse for delay or cancellation of the event. The hotel shall not be held responsible for the same.
• We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave, underage or who otherwise jeopardizes the experience of other guests or operation of business.

Note: As per the new provision of Law Smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises.
