- The room tariff is exclusive of 10% tax & 2.5% service charge
- The rates are Non Commissionable & cannot be clubbed for any other group/ conference related enquiry in future

- Any additional requirements/ meals would be charged on actual. All other expenses incurred like - Room Service, Liquor, Laundry, Telephone, Smokes, Business Center etc will be borne directly by guests on an immediate payment basis.
- Our cancellation policy for the above offer is 24hrs only failing which one night’s retention would be charged
- Check-in and Checkout time is 12 noon
- Any reservation without the time of arrival will be held till 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival & released unless guaranteed
- All direct incidental charges to be settled by the guest on departure unless the company gives a billing letter
